🔆Full Body Friday🔆 . 📌Due to physical limitations, my workouts will now be body weight only and modified to accommodate these limitations. 📌I’m excited to discover new workouts that will use different equipment that is not weight bearing. Sliders, bender ball, physio ball, ladders, jump rope, bands and box. I’ll still be using the #trx but mainly for mobility and stability training. 🏋🏻‍♀️ For today’s workout I used some balls. My music dictates the tempo of my moves and sometimes there are dance breaks😉 . ✨Workout Breakdown✨ 10 exercises 30 sec work 10 sec rest/as needed/dance breaks Squeeze, push through the heels, tuck or straighten where needed. You can add weights if you want, you can do without the balls if you need to or modify even more if needed. Inaspettato però è giunto il caldo umido che tra le 12 e le 13 ci ha reso il lavoro ancora più proibitivo. Tutto in puro rispetto delle tradizioni spartane, come storia ci ha tramandato, allenarsi in condizioni dure per forgiare guerrieri pronti al sacrificio. 💪🏼🔥 Workout 3: 'Tabata Race' una vera e propria gara composta da 4 esercizi svolti ognuno per 8 blocchi in cui il valore target era il miglior risultato all'interno di uno dei round; 4 esercizi svolti ognuno per 8 blocchi in cui il valore target era il peggior risultato all'interno di uno dei round; 8 esercizi svolti ognuno per 8 blocchi in cui il valore target era la media tra tutti i risultati ottenuti nei round. There are no formal requirements or pre-requisites to complete this course, and as such, the course covers the basic principles of bodyweight training and the coaching process. The practical elements are delivered over one day, supported by additional independent study completed before/after the practical day.
