I think a huge part of fitness is dealing with the ups and downs that come with pushing yourself. I think the thing that keeps me consistently motivated is to be working toward a goal. Back during my cut, my goal was to see how much weight I could cut while maintaining my strength and staying healthy. When Iโ€™m bulking; itโ€™s to increase my strength as much as possible and try and leave every gym session utterly depleted. No matter what Iโ€™m working on; thereโ€™s always a goal.
