Hi guys, . Balik lg ke latihan untuk mempercantik dan memperkuat kaki . Berikut adalah bulgarian split squat . Mirip seperti lunges atau split squat, tetapi kaki belakang di letakkan di kursi / bench . Cara penangannanya : 1. Aba aba sama seperti squat deadlift, tripod foot, kencengin pantat, core back 2. Kaki belakang diletakkan pada bench atau kursi 3. Turun ke bawah 4. Turun sampai lutut belakang sentuh lantai, pelan pelan, nanti lututnya sakit 5. Dorong pake kaki depan sampai posisi awal 6. Ganti kaki . Latihan ini termasuk latihan unilateral, yaitu melatih masing masing kaki kiri dan kanan secara terpisah . Jadi ketahuan tuh kalau ada muscle imbalance, . Saya ada ga muscle imbalance? . Tentu ada, . Nah kalau kita bisa memperkuat masing masing kaki secara terpisah seperti latihan ini . Squat normal dengan kedua kaki pasti akan tambah kuat, jadi silakan dicoba ya . Terima kasih

Il Piloxing è una disciplina fitness nata dalla fusione tra standing Pilates, Boxing e Danza. Tra esercizi di Pilates, movimenti di pugilato e passi di danza, l'allenamento di Piloxing viene effettuato in un circuito ad alta intensità in grado di mantenere sempre alta la frequenza cardiaca. I movimenti svolti sono però intensi anche sotto il profilo muscolare: in pratica, è come se si svolgesse una seduta con i pesi, all’interno di una lezione di aerobica. A mantenere alto il livello aerobico della lezione ci pensa soprattutto la componente di danza e boxing, a sollecitare il lavoro anaerobico e più muscolare sono, invece, gli esercizi di Pilates abbinati a quelli di boxing (il pugilato è già di per sé una attività trasversale poiché ai movimenti di potenza abbina il lavoro aerobico).
