It should take 15-20 minutes with no rest, so push yourself to not stop!! You’re going to do three rounds of ascending reps. Start with 10 for round 1, then 20, and finish with 30. This is total reps, so with the first movement you are doing 5/10/15 on each leg. Find a weight that challenges you but allows you to keep proper form (those 25s got heavy at the end 😅). Back when I first started hitting 225lbs weighing in at Around 140lbs or so. I was coming down from cramming mass gainer, protein shakes, creatine powders, doing tour day trainings, and looking forward to not having all that chemical help behind my pumps and it was a challenge but I did enjoy rising to meet it head on. I made some terrible mistakes shoving all that stuff into my body the wrong way but it was fun and I learned sooo much from the aftermath. Trail and error, first hand. Remedies: BCAA’s, talking in tongues over my injuries, commanding healing with the laying of hands, seeking God’s face in the midst of those storms, fasting and cleaning up my diet for a bit, finding things to laugh at, to enjoy and yoga (practices for better sleep, and practices for relief from anxiety; etc) all aided in my successful healing. Your body naturally adapts to your routine, so by doing the same workouts for long periods of time, it wont actually challenge your body to change . When i started to incorporate HIIT and reactive workouts with my strength training program i noticed the most dramatic changes. I was able to still build LEAN muscle and burn more body fat. It really helped me shape my physique into a true aesthetic look . By challenging your body and changing up the routine, your body is constantly guessing . Let’s have some real talk: it’s so easy to compare yourself to other people when you aren’t feeling like yourself. It’s so easy to let the wrong people influence your life. It’s incredibly easy to fall victim to social norms and expectations. At the end of the day, the only person you can truly trust is yourself and the only person that you need to be better than, is the person you were yesterday. Some people might think this is a cliché post and that’s fine and if you don’t care, stop reading but I’ve been through so much in my life not only recently but within the last 2 years that has changed me as a person and pushed me more mentally than ever. I’ve realized the importance of mental health and that it’s so important to identify the toxicity in your thought patterns and what/who you surround yourself. I get caught up in wanting to look and feel a certain way when really, I just need to be Sara because Sara IS good enough & strong enough and beautiful enough.
