Entrei de cabeça junto com meu marido nessa vida de bodybuilder, e foi a melhor coisa que fizemos. Relembrando tudo que fiz durante toda semana, desde o trabalho, treino s, cardios, comida, cuidar de casa/marido/filhos, ESTRESS (o semana do caralho), entre tudo isso, só me sobra GRATIDÃO pela força que tenho, e por viver tudo isso. É cansativo sim meus amigos, mais quem disse que realizar SONHOS seria fácil?! E hoje tô aqui, sentada no ônibus em direção ao trabalho, ATRASADA por me permitir dormir mais 20 minutos que o de costume rsrsrsrs, e super emocionada ao ver essa foto, e a evolução que conquistei no meu físico. Then onto a speedy shoulder sesh... . shoulder flexibility and activation work using resistance bands . DB shoulder press X15@10kgs X10@12.5kgs 4x6@15kgs (first time getting these up, woooo) with drop set @10kgs . Diagonal lateral raise (arm slightly more forward rather than fully lateral) x6@10kgs (first time getting these up too 😎) Standard lateral raise x10@7.5kgs ABOVE X2 . DB Upright row 4x8@15kgs . Have you ever woken up and just thought to yourself, “it might just be better to pull the covers over my head and go back to sleep?” Guilty 🙋🏼‍♀️. I had this great workout all planned out, and got started, and then it all when downhill from there. My Airpods were malfunctioning. I am fairly new to the Airpods game, so I was googling how to fix them. One of the Airpods had a low charge so it wouldn’t play. I was getting fed up, and decided to just call it quits. After coming home, I realized I left my journal 📓 at the gym, and so off I went to fetch it. Uffda!! I did complete 9 rounds x 10 reps each of the four exercises. Dumbbell shoulder press⁣⁣⁣ 4. Dumbbell bent over lateral raise⁣⁣⁣ 5. Overhead press ⁣⁣⁣ 3 sets / 12-15 reps ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ Some points about the first exercise: ⁣⁣⁣ • Avoid this exercise if you have back or shoulder injuries. ⁣⁣⁣ • If you are new to the exercise, start with a light barbell. ⁣⁣⁣ • During the upward phase, avoid moving your head or back forward.⁣⁣⁣ • The downward phase should be a controlled pulling movement. I eat more than just protein and vegetables (although that's the bulk of my diet) I follow 'flexible dieting' and eat all my fave foods... bread, butter, ice cream, cookies, chips, sushi, Mexican food, and even pizza.
