In this example, you can't have all the variety in the world by only cooking 30 mins per week.⁣ ⁣ So, here's the typical approaches ranked from; the least amount of variety but super efficient, to loads of variety but you living in the kitchen:⁣ ⁣ 1) The Weekly Bulk Prep. You set aside a Sunday afternoon/evening and you batch cook and prep every meal for the week ahead. It's super efficient but your food becomes a little stale by Friday and you're sick of eating the same thing every day.⁣ ⁣ 2) The Bi-Weekly Bulk Prep; Mon-Weds and Thurs-Sat. Here’s a great idea to change up your protein and add some flavor to your diet! . Mediterranean tenderloin . Preheat oven to 400 (we did ours on the grill) . For this recipe you will need Spinach Sundried tomato’s Feta Rosemary Italian herbs 2 cloves of garlic Balsamic vinaigrette High quality Italian olive oil Twine to tie your roast back together. . Cut your loin down the center but not all the way through. . Cut your sun dried tomatoes down and your garlic, mix together (1clove with your tomatoes). . Add your spinach, and your sun dried tomato mix to the inside of your roast along with feta cheese. Add some rosemary and Italian herbs. . Close your pork tenderloin loin and tie with twine. . In a bowl add your other clove of garlic, some rosemary, and Italian herbs, 2-3tbs of balsamic and 1/3 cup of Italian olive oil mix well and pour over top of your tenderloin. . Bake 20 min per pound of meat and enjoy! Serve with veggies and a grain or starchy carb we went with risotto

SPORTS NUTRITION 💪🏼 Carbs & Protein After a very HOT tennis game, this is my recovery food. I much prefer eating food than having a protein shake. Although, a protein shake would be useful if I was playing late in the evening, as it’s easier to digest before bed. Contrary to what we’re led to believe, the post workout recovery period for muscle protein synthesis is about 2-3hrs after exercise, not the 20min window we sometimes hear about, so no need to chuck that protein down straight away! Before play, I eat a very ripe banana as it has very little fibre and will release energy quickly, which is what we need for explosive power. I’ve used 0% fat Greek yoghurt (for more protein), mango, strawberries & passion fruit. There are thousands of things you can do and they are all pretty small changes. Things like changing your rep ranges from 8-10 to maybe 6-10 or 4-6 which allows you to lift various amounts of weight and different adaptations. You can change your split as a whole from full body to push/pull for example which can change up the way each workout is layed out. You can change up the exercises, for example a bench press to weighted dips or even variations of the same exercise like bench press to an incline bench press. Here’s a great idea to change up your protein and add some flavor to your diet! . Mediterranean tenderloin . Preheat oven to 400 (we did ours on the grill) . For this recipe you will need Spinach Sundried tomato’s Feta Rosemary Italian herbs 2 cloves of garlic Balsamic vinaigrette High quality Italian olive oil Twine to tie your roast back together. . Cut your loin down the center but not all the way through. . Cut your sun dried tomatoes down and your garlic, mix together (1clove with your tomatoes). . Add your spinach, and your sun dried tomato mix to the inside of your roast along with feta cheese. Add some rosemary and Italian herbs. . Close your pork loin and tie with twine. . In a bowl add your other clove of garlic, some rosemary, and Italian herbs, 2-3tbs of balsamic and 1/3 cup of Italian olive oil mix well and pour over top of your tenderloin. . Bake 20 min per pound of meat and enjoy! Serve with veggies and a grain or starchy carb we went with risotto (not
