Her alone time allows her to figure out her mood, where her energy is, and how to take each step in life ++ Unknown . . ALWAYS be you, not what the world wants you to be. There will be times when you feel like you are fighting alone. Those times are when you need to be fighting your hardest. Stay strong, be alone, get inside your mind, figure things out and keep growing. If I feel unwanted or not needed I won't fix it or beg, I'll just walk away. I've found strength in finding myself by myself. But.. Even tho you need to have the strength to stand alone you need to be smart enough to ask for help when you need it and brave enough to ask for it. Be happy with yourself and you'll have no problem being happy alone.. In the end you have to realize the only person you can rely on is yourself. You are the only one that can push yourself forward. My leg days will be the same, the same 5-6 compound movements. I am doing this to perfect my form and build strength. Today- my knees want to go in during a squat, I have to focus REALLLY hard for them not to go in! My lunges are unbalanced, I have to focus not to fall. My deadlift form is not perfected, but improving! I felt powerful during my workout tonight, that 135lbs has finally begun to feel lighter! I am excited to continue to progress throughout this journey!
