Nicht immer macht mir Sport super viel Spaß und ich muss leider auch sehr oft meinen nervigen Schweinehund überwinden! 😅💪 Aber danach fühlt man sich einfach großartig! 👍💪 Keiner ist immer motiviert, aber es lohnt sich soo sehr es durchzuziehen, denn nur dann erreicht man seine Ziele! Kleiner Tipp: versucht das Rundherum zu genießen! Aktuell sieht man so viel schönes : Sonnenblumen, Gerstenfelder, uvm... da ist es gleich viel schöner und einfacher wenn man die Gedanken darauf richtet und nicht immer auf das Laufen! 👍🤩💪

Today's #OC2019 event, it was my first time to join a Trapbar deadlift and Assault bike competitions. Grateful that it turned out well - I hit my PR of 170KGs on Trapbar (and lifted 180KGs on 3rd attempt) then I beat my fastest time on Assault bike with RPM of 80 and time record of 2mins and 33sec. But got happier in the afternoon as I was awarded 3rd place in the Assault Bike competition! Yahoo!! This year really leveled up my fitness journey and I had no regrets at all! Sarap mag workout! Nakakalakas! 💪🥉🚴‍♂️👟

I be in a whole different zone when it comes to legs day 🏋🏾‍♂️ The mindset has to be there and the body will respond accordingly. This makes a lot of since when it comes to fitness because of the powerful effect of the mind and body connection. - The benefits of me not wearing shoes in these exercises is that it allows me to get more depth in my exercise and it forces me to have more muscle activation throughout my legs. Also by me not wearing shoes I can feel my heals driving through the weight that’s pressing against them allowing me to force the weight up with every muscle it takes. - In other words my brain is receiving a sensory input from the ground that’s pressing through my shoeless feet and allowing my body to activate every single muscle it’s needs to get the weight up 💥 With that being said by me not wearing shoes not only activates more muscles in the legs but also improves my balance and ankle mobility 💥💥💥 Try these exercises without shoes
