Всем привет!!🙋🏼‍♀️ Балансы на руках с первого взгляда кажутся трудными, но на самом деле это не так! 🤗 🔥 для начала нужно вытянуться: Пашчимоттанасана, Падангушта Дандасана- вытягивает ноги бока тела и спину! 🔥 раскрывает тазобедренные суставы по одной ноге Акарна Дханурасана- подтягиваем стопу к уху! 🔥 Эка Хаста Бхуджасана - уже баланс на руках! При этом важны не только сильные руки, но и хорошо вытянутая прямая нога! Таз поднять от пола не сложно, а вот прямая нога в расслабленном виде не поднимется! 😉 🔥 тоже самое и про подъем с обеими ногами над полом! 🔥 и Лоласана - очень красивая поза 🤗 поза касающейся серьги! выход можно сделать и просто спустившись на пол, я вышла в Дандасана ! I'm not going to bang on about whether or not this immersion is for you. I'll just show you what some of the students thought. It might not be for you. But if you are curious about movement, have questions and want to learn the science and they why's, then this is for you. We aren't running this immersion again, due to the commitments with the Teacher Training next year. November really is the last chance, and there is one space left. We look at things from loads of different perspectives and back it up. @emmaepton and I are very Yin And Yang. And it works.
